The short version

1. Nature of our products

Still Fully Her sells digital products only. Fully Her HQ is a browser-based web application delivered via a private access link, together with PDF guides. All products are delivered electronically and are available immediately upon completed payment.

Because our products are digital and access is granted instantly, they are not subject to the same return rights as physical goods.

2. No-refund policy for digital products

All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that no refund will be issued once your access link and downloads have been delivered.

3. Exceptions — technical issues

We want every customer to have full access to what they purchased. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

What qualifies as a technical issue: Your access link does not work; your PDF downloads are corrupted or inaccessible; you did not receive your delivery email.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve technical issues promptly. If we are genuinely unable to deliver the product after reasonable troubleshooting, we will consider issuing a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.

4. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us at stillfullyher@gmail.com within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access to your purchased products.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
